Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.

Project Summary per the Drawings:
The scope of this project consist of the removal of existing obsolete heating systems throughout the school as indicated on contract drawings and specifications. Existing heating systems will be replaced with new gas fired heating and ventilation furnaces. The work will include electrical distribution and fire alarm improvements to support the new furnaces. Roofing, exterior wall finishes and interior architectural finishes will be repaired only to the extent necessary to install the new HV Systems.
