Project Details
RMC is accepting quotes for all phases including the following: Surveying, Sawcutting, Demolition, Excavation, Pipe, Geotextile Fabric, Aggregate Base, Concrete, Asphalt Paving & Pavement Markings.

Project Scope: Replacing and tying into existing Learning Resource Center (LRC) storm drain lines. Replacing 270 linear feet of 18" storm drain. This project will include 570 feet of remove and replacement of LRC access road, 102 linear feet of 6" PVC storm pipe, 275 linear feet of 8" PVC storm pipe and removal and replace the LRC parking lot.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all California registration requirements. All subcontractors are required to obtain a Department of Industrial Relations registration number and provide the number to RMC at bid time with their quote. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
