FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all DBE & Non-DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work including but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Channelizer (Surface Mounted), Temporary Terminal Section (Type K), Portable Changeable Message Sign, Temporary Railing (Type K), Temporary Crash Cushion Module, Prepare Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Cover, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Temporary Fiber Roll, Street Sweeping, Temporary Dewatering & Non-Storm Water Discharge Control System, Treated Wood Waste, Temporary High-Visibility Fence, Clear & Grub, Structure Backfill (Slurry Cement), Fiber Rolls, Compost, Hot Mix Asphalt, Place HMA Dike (Type C), Tack Coat, Remove AC Dike, 24" CIDH Concrete Pile (Light Foundation), Structural Concrete (Drainage Inlet), 18" Alternative Pipe Culvert, Concrete Backfill (Pipe Trench), 18" Slotted Corrugated Steel Pipe (.064" Thick), Remove Culvert, Misc. Iron & Steel, Midwest Guardrail System (Wood Post), Midwest Guardrail System (7' Wood Post), Transition Railing (Type WB-31), End Cap (Type A), End Anchor Assembly (Type SFT), Alternative In-Line Terminal System, Modify Existing Electrical System, and Ready Mix Concrete.

FBD Vanguard Construction Inc. can assist in payment of a reasonable bond premium. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement. Plans and specifications are available to be viewed in our office located at 550 Greenville Road, Livermore, Ca 94550 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday by appointment or you can send a request for this project and we will send you the specs/plans.
