RMC is accepting quotes for all phases included but not limited to: Surveying, Sawcutting, Demolition, Excavation, Pipe, Geotextile Fabric, Aggregate Base, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Pavement Markings.

Project Scope: Replacing and tying into existing storm drain lines. Replacing 803 linear feet of 24" storm drain line starting at the North side of the intersection of North University Drive and Facilities Loop Road, heading South down Facilities Loop Road and tying into the existing 24" storm drain line 803 feet away. This project will include 673.82 feet of remove and replacement of Facilities Loop Road. Removal and replacement of 102 linear feet of 6" sanitary sewer. 366 linear feet of 6" PVC storm pipe, 508 linear feet of 8" PVC storm pipe. The parking lot at Facilities Services will also be removed and replaced along with drive isle on both the West and East sides of the Facilities Services building. Remove and replace the asphalt at the fueling area and storage areas around and South of the fueling area. New concrete at the fueling area and a new concrete slab for the bus parking area.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all Oregon registration requirements. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
