The project will be commenced along the following Napa county roads: Oak Knoll Avenue (2 sites), Mile Post 0.90 to 1.00 and Mile Post 1.80 to 1.82, Old Sonoma Road (2 sites), Mile Post 2.40 to 2.75 and Mile Post 2.75 to 2.80, and Cuttings Wharf Road, Mile Post 2.31 to 2.33

The proposed project will repair pavement damage caused by the August 2014 earthquake in Napa County. Pavement repairs will range from crack sealing to road pulverization to a depth of 10 inches, removal of excess material, compaction of sub-base and base material and apply 4 inches of hot mix asphalt.

Contractor shall possess a Class "A" license at the time of contract award. The Engineers construction estimate is $460,000.

This is a Federal-aid construction contract. The requirements are incorporated in the Special Provisions of the Bid Documents. The Davis Bacon Act and related provisions apply. The DBE goal for the project is 12%. For the Federal training program, the number of trainees or apprentices is 1 (one).

The Plans and Specifications (Bid Documents) may be seen at the office of the Napa County Department of Public Works, 1195 Third Street, Suite 101, Napa, California. The Bid Documents may be obtained at said office by prospective bidders, for a fee of ten dollars ($10) per CD, which fee is not refundable.

The Bidders Bonds is require with bid package. Labor & Material and Performance Bonds are required by Contractor awarded the project. License and DIR # are required for Contractor and Sub-Contractors.
