CF CONTRACTING, INC., as a General Contractor, is requesting sub-bids for the following trades, but not limited to, Demolition; Excavation; Electrical; Fences; Sewers; Plumbing & Hazardous Abatement; Concrete & Suppliers from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project.

DVBE Goal is 3%

The work includes demolition & removal of the existing bungalows J, K, L and P & demolition and removal of the existing building H. The work includes, but not limited to installation of electrical power, fire alarm & low voltage systems, connection of plumbing utilities & asphalt paving for the interim housing units. Demolition & hazardous material removal and installation of electrical & plumbing utilities for interim housing
