We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or supplies:

Electrical (6%, est$180,000), Mechanical (14%,est $420,000), Concrete (3%, $90,000), Earthwork/Paving (20%, est $600,000) and other classification as described in the bid documents.

If you are planning to bid a portion of this work, please submit a Scope of Work letter three days prior to bid date, identifying what specification section you will be bidding. All clarification, inclusions, and exclusions should be included in your Scope of Work letter. Plans are available for viewing at: EFS West, 28472 Constellation Road, Valencia CA 91355 on Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM. A Digital copy of the plans can also be obtained by contacting our office.
