Base Bid - Wastewater System Improvements - Phase II

a. Secondary screen and washer/compactor unit.
b. Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) including anoxic tank, anoxic mixer, pre-aeration tank, three MBR basins, blowers, diffusers, permeate pumps, WAS/RAS pumps, instrumentation, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and controls, chemical feed systems, FRP covers, overhead crane, and other ancillary systems.
c. Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System.
d. Not-Potable Water Pump Station.
e. Control Building.
f. Operations Building.
g. Plant Drain Pump Station.
h. Conversion of existing treatment unit to aerobic digester and Membrane Bioreactor Thickener (MBT).
i. Biosolids Dewatering Facility.
j. Biosolids screw press, conveyor, and controls.
k. Biosolids storage tank improvements, including blowers, diffusers, pumps, and controls.
l. Conversion of existing lab/filter building into storage building.
m. New SCADA control system, flow metering, and miscellaneous control instrumentation.
n. Vactor truck building and vactor truck receiving station.
o. Canopies throughout the wastewater treatment facility as shown on the Plans.
