Seeking DBE quotes for all contract items, including and not limited to the following:EROSION CONTROL, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, INSTALL/DEMOB WORK PLATFORM, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, SURFACE PREP STRUCTURAL STEEL, COATING APPLICATION PRIME, INTERMEDIATE & FINISH COATS, GRINDING FINS, TEARS, SLIVERS, FINAL INSPECTION REPAIRS, TRAFFIC MAINTENANCE, FIELD OFFICE TYPE B, CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT STAKES & SURVEYING, LEAD ENVIRONMENTAL AND EMPLOYEE MONITORING. DBE's must use their own labor work forces, equipment & supply necessary materials to complete work items; no outsourcing is permitted. DBE's must provide commercially useful function for the entire duration of the performance of their subcontract. DBE's are required to provide UCP certification with all responses.

All subcontractors are required to provide ODOT specified insurance coverage and performance/payment bond. Items can be broken out to encourage participation. Project includes 6 bridge locations.
