Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: This is a 5-bay auto shop. The work for this project will occur within an existing conservation camp facility managed by both the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE). The Ben Lomond Conservation Camp houses approximately 100 minimum security inmates. While the majority of work occurs on one side of the camp away from inmates, a small area within the camp will involve demolition and construction. Security measures will be in place.

Demolition will consist of a tool storage building and two adjacent fuel storage tanks; replacement of both will be included in this project.

The auto shop will be constructed on unimproved land that was previously used for a plant nursery without building structures. The auto shop will include hydraulic auto shop equipment, sky lights, heated floors, lifts, cranes and a covered vehicle wash rack. In addition, a 200,000 above ground water tank, trash enclosure, generator/fire pump building, propane tank system, and storage building with fuel vaults, a photovoltaic roof structure over an underground 30,000-gallon water test pit are included in the work. The project will include necessary site work such as grading, relocation and installation of underground utilities, tree removal, site drainage, retaining walls, paving, road work, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, security fencing, parking and other appurtenances.

We need all building construction complete, building trades, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete, concrete paving, curb and gutter, steel tank construction, underground utilities, rebar, painting, striping, erosion control.
