(and roadway exc. aerially deposited lead), geosynthetic reinforcement, roadside clearing, landscaping and irrigation, plastic pipe, corrug. steel pipe, rein. conc. pipe, corrug. high density polyethylene pipe conduit, erosion control, AC dike, CIDH pile (sign foundation), furnish/install sign structures (truss), RSP, minor concrete (textured paving/curb & gutter), misc. iron & steel, chain link fencing, striping, modify electrical system, striping, traffic management, roadside signs, Midwest guardrail sys., furnish alum. signs, transition railing, end anchor assembly alt in-line terminal system.

He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process including breaking out portions of work to encourage DBE participation. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. Plans and specs
can be obtained free of charge from http://www.dot.ca.gov/des/oe/planholders/getph.php?c=03-1F1904 or can be viewed at local plan rooms or our office at 870 Napa Valley Corporate Way, Ste. R, Napa, CA. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting NPC's requirements and will be required to sign the NPC's Subcontract Agreement. NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates.
Your company's certification must be current. We require a copy of your CURRENT CERTIFICATION with your quote. We encourage the use of DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises). In addition to request for participation from certified DBE subcontractor's suppliers, NPC requests non-DBE subcontractors to provide lower-tier DBE subcontractor and/or supplier participation. Non-DBE subcontractors, please indicate lower-tier DBE participation offered on your quote as it will be evaluated with your price. NPC analyzes and considers each DBE quote, including those that are broken down into economically feasible units to facilitate bidding.
