Scope of work: at 34 buildings at the Twin Rivers complex, perform hazardous abatement on affected units and demolition and remove buildings (including concrete slab foundations) in their entirety. Remove concrete and asphalt parking areas between buildings. Possible subcontracting trades are Asbestos Removal; Building Moving/Demolition; Construction Clean-up; Construction Zone Traffic Control; Trucking; General Engineering; and Lead Removal.
