Is seeking qualified MBEs, WBEs, Section 3

Project Scope: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for, clearing and grubbing, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, ramps, pavement removal, roadway excavation, placement of asphalt concrete, and other incidental work.

Work/ Supply Needed: trucking, cold plane asphalt concrete pavement, tree removal, fencing, thermoplastic traffic stripe, electrical

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance
and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs
can be viewed at our office located at 5433 El Camino Ave Suite 4 Carmichael, CA 95608 or emailed
upon request. Interested subcontractors must have an active State Contractor's license with a
classification appropriate for the work to be performed. Interested subcontractors must be registered
with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
