The Sunnyside North Reconstruction and Green Streets (ALD-05) involves the construction of combination sewer and street improvements including water quality facility basins, and potable water main, water service, and hydrant work, along the following streets and surrounding blocks:

Between SE Stark St and SE Taylor Street, from SE 20th Ave to SE 37th Ave

Improvements shall consist of those items of work listed in the Proposal and as shown on the accompanying Plans. The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required to make each item complete. Work shall include, but not
be limited to:

1. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures.
2. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures.
3. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations.
4. Construct drainage system including water quality facilities, sewer pipes, manholes and inlets.
5. Construct potable water pipes and water system accessories.
6. Construct roadway improvements including cold planing, aggregate base, HMAC wearing surfaces, concrete curb and sidewalks.
7. Construct trenchless improvements to the combined sewer including Pipe Bursting.
8. Install signing.

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
