Prevailing Wage rates will apply for this project!
Work hours will be from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday except the following trades:
Demolition, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing tie ins, Temporary Wall Construction, Saw Cut, and any Concrete work - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
The project includes construction of three Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Remote screening rooms in Terminal 1-C Annex, C/D Checkpoint, and Terminal 3. An existing TSA Terminal 1 break room near the C/D checkpoint will be relocated and a new break room will be built in the C/D Tram area. The scope also includes framing, gypsum board, card readers, electrical outlets, low voltage, mechanical and miscellaneous finishes.
