The Project or Work consists of furnishing labor, material and equipment for construction of a new Main Switchgear Building, and modifications to and rehabilitation of existing wastewater treatment plant facilities including the Generator Building, Substations No. 1 and No. 2, Substations No. 4 and No. 5, and the existing Main Switchgear Building. Site work and earthwork activities include demolition of existing structures, pipes, duct banks, piles and appurtenances; installation of pile foundations duct banks and other facilities; and site grading, erosion and sediment control provisions and storm water collection systems. Coordinating with Emergency Generator Supplier on sole source modifications to the existing plant emergency generator system shall also be provided.

As a responsible contractor, we will aggressively pursue MBE/WBE/ participation in excess of the minimal requirements. If the bonding, letter of credit or insurance requirements set forth in the bid documents would otherwise prevent you from soliciting a quote, please contact us and we will discuss ways that we may be able to help you meet these requirements. Likewise, if you are discouraged from submitting a quote on this project because you think you may have trouble obtaining the necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any other related assistance or services that may be necessary to complete the work, please contact us and we will discuss ways that we may be able to help you overcome these obstacles.
