Project scope includes, but is not limited to the construction of proposed Route 17 Exit 125 Westbound and Eastbound On and Off Ramps and associated acceleration/deceleration lanes; Construction of NYS Route 17 Overpass Bridge; Extension of existing Concrete Box Culvert; Installation of Drainage Structures; All signing, striping and landscaping; Installation of new traffic signals; Trenching, sand padding and backfill.

PUBLIC LABOR AGREEMENT: LEGOLAND NEW YORK LLC has entered into a Project Labor Agreement with the Hudson Valley Building and Construction trades Council. The full Project Labor Agreement can be viewed using the FTP link in EXHIBIT H. Bidders are instructed to review this Project Labor Agreement along with the Schedule A: Collective Bargaining Agreements which are included as an attachment to the Project Labor Agreement. All work under this project will be subject to both the Project Labor Agreement and the Schedule A: Collective Bargaining Agreements.

LOCAL LABOR AGREEMENT: LEGOLAND NEW YORK LLC has entered into a Local Labor Agreement with Orange County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA). Pursuant to this agreement all contractor(s)/subcontractor(s) shall ensure that 85% of their respective on-site workforce have a permanent residence in one of the following NY Counties: Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan.
