Scope of work to include limited demolition and the installation of new mechanical units and new mobile storage units. Work to include minor interior and exterior upgrades to support the mechanical and storage units, including electrical work. Work also includes the enhancement of building access through a concrete ramp and equipment pads for new mechanical units.
