Rocky Mountain Construction LLC is requesting quotes from Certified and licensed DBE, SBE and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, TEMPORARY PAVEMENT MARKING (TAPE), PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, ASPHALTIC EMULSION (FOG SEAL COAT), REPLACE ASPHALT CONCRETE SURFACING, RUBBERIZED HOT MIX ASPHALT (GAP GRADED), TACK COAT, COLD PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, PAVEMENT MARKER (RETROREFLECTIVE RECESSED), THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPE (ENHANCED WET NIGHT VISIBILITY), MAINTAINING EXISTING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ELEMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all California registration requirements. All subcontractors are required to obtain a Department of Industrial Relations registration number and provide the number to RMC at bid time with their quote. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
