Tullis, Inc. is accepting bids from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) the following work; Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Pavement Marking (Tape), Portable Changeable Message Board, Prepare Water Pollution Control Plan, Treated Wood Waste, Shoulder Backing, Replace AC Surfacing, Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) Material, Place Miscellaneous Area, Tack Coat, Cold Plane AC Pavement, Pavement Marker (Retroreflective-Recessed), Object Marker (Type L-1), End Anchor Assembly (Type SFT and B), Remove Guardrail, Reconstruct Guardrail, Reconstruct Guardrail (7' Post), Adjust Guardrail, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Sprayable), 12" Rumble Strip (Asphalt Concrete Pavement), Modify Existing Electrical System, Quality Control Testing, Trucking, Water Trucks, Operated Grinder Rental, Operated Pilot Car, Street Sweeping, Not Limited to The Above Listed Items.

Tullis, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. At Tullis, Inc.'s discretion, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
