Michels Corporation is seeking MBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of Decatur, IL "Annual Sewer Inspection Program, City Project 2019-19" Project. We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, and all applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed.
