Seeking DBE quotes for all contract bid items including:

Reflectorized Raised Pavement Markers, Plastic Pavement Striping, Removal of Existing Markings, Construction Layout, Structural Metalwork (access system), Cleaning & Painting Structure, Work Platform Install & Removal,
Electrical System (navigation light system).

Bridge Superstructure Repairs including: barrier rail repair, bottom chord angle replacement, bottom chord web splice replacement, tension member, drain hole modification, false cord retrofit, gusset plate bold replacement, gusset plate stiffening angle retrofit, lower lateral bracing connection plate replacement. Bolt Rivet Replacement, Impact Attenuator Rental, Industrial Equipment Rental, Fuel Delivery, Environmental Air Monitoring (Lead), Haz Waste Disposal. Traffic Control Lane Closures (as needed).

All subcontracts require bonds and insurance equal to Louisiana DOT requirements.

Cleaning and Painting contractors must be SSPC QP1 and QP2 certified.

Items can be broken out to encourage participation.

All DBE's are required to provide a Commercially Useful Function.
