New 4-story and single level subterranean garage, mixed-use Retail/Offices/Parking at 1st Floor and 61 apartment units affordable housing, 2nd-4th floors.
Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Nuevo Amanecer project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and DVBE certification. This project is a California Residential and Davis Bacon prevailing wage job (The higher of the two applies).
