Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) in coordination and cooperation with its member governments and the South Carolina Department of Transportation will perform a Regional Human Services Coordination Plan. Responders to this RFP shall develop a plan that meets the "unified comprehensive strategy for public transportation service delivery requirements as articulated by the Federal Transit Administration. In addition, the plan shall provide a "blueprint" for implementing a range of strategies to advance local coordination efforts to improve all transportation services. Stakeholder and public outreach will be a significant element of the planning process.
