Project Details
The general extent and scope of work under this contract consist of the replacement of two (2) Escalators (E-255 and E-256), Elevator E-204, and Stairs (M6 A/B and M7 A/B), at 42nd Street - Grand Central Station, Lexington Avenue Line (IRT), in the Borough of Manhattan.
Work for this project includes but is not limited to site work, demo, rebar, concrete, masonry, structural steel, misc. metals, carpentry, lead abatement, fire stopping, doors, windows, painting, tile work, lead abatement, rodent control, elevators, escalators, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other trades typically associated with this type of work.
