SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of Sewer and AC Water Group 697A consists of the installation of 8'', 10", 12", 15", & 16'' Sewer mains, sewer laterals, Manholes & the installation of 8'' & 12'' Water mains, water services, valves, fire hydrants & Markers, & Trench resurfacing, Pavement
resurfacing, curb ramps.

Subcontracting and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work:

-Cast-In-Place Concrete

-Fill & Backfill

-Pavement Marking/Striping
-Underground Utilities
-CCTV (for sewer)
-CIPP
-Auger Boring/Utility Pipe Jacking
-Trucking (Dump Trucks)

Where economically feasible, we are willing to divide total contract requirements into smaller portions or quantities to permit maximum participation by SLBE/ELBE firms. James W. Fowler Co. will assist SLBE/ELBE subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to SLBE/ELBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
