Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Herbert Hoover MS Building A,B, C HVAC Project located 2290 14th Avenue, San Francisco, CA. The project includes but is not limited to: New HVAC system (Rooftop and room units) for classrooms and offices in building A, B and C, including new piping from the new rooftop units, new electrical panels and new classroom units. The estimated construction value of the work is $1,350,000.00

Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
