Temporary: Signs, Protection and Direction of Traffic, Barricades Type II, Barricades Type III, Plastic Drums, Removable Tape, Non-Reflective Tape, Pavement Bars, Work Access and Containment; Pedestrian Channelizing Devices; Surface Mounted Tubular Markers; Portable Changeable Message Signs; Flaggers; Flagger Station Lighting;Automated Flagger Assistance Device; Erosion Control; Pollution Control Plan; Work Containment Plan; Removal of: Curbs, Walks and Driveways; Clearing and Grubbing; General Excavation; Subgrade Geotextile; Fastener Replacement; Anchor Rod Replacement; Neoprene Rubber Pad; Pipe Repair at Saddles; Water Pipe Fastener Replacement; Aggregate Base; Level 3, 1/2 inch ACP Mixture; Concrete: Curbs, Curb and Gutter, Walks; Truncated Domes on New Surfaces.

F. D. Thomas Inc. is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
