The Rankin Science West portion of the project is slab demolition with unsuitable soil remediation, grout injection, and the addition of a new men's, women's and family style restroom in Rankin Science West. The Peacock Hall portion of the project is the renovation of 4 floors of men's and women's restrooms, two individual restroom, housekeeping closets and elevator interior cab finishes.
VPC Builders is currently seeking bids from HUB certified Minority subcontractors for the following project. It is our company policy to provide quick pay agreements to enable minority contractors and suppliers to meet cash-flow demands. Bonding will not be required.
