NPC is requesting the following trades including but not limited to: Trucking, Traffic Control, Water Pollution Control Plan, Pier Drilling, Pier Concrete, Wall Stem Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Guardrail, Wood Lagging, Hydroseeding and Erosion Control.

THREE ADDENDUMS HAVE BEEN ISSUED

Construction of a concrete retaining wall (including bench excavation, drilling piers, grade beam installation, associated drainage work, backfill and off-haul of excess material), construction of a soldier pile retaining wall (including drilling, steel beam and wood lagging installation, corrosion protection and off-haul of excess materials), installation of guardrail and hydroseeding and permanent erosion control including removal and disposal of visqueen and sandbag covers.

NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION.

He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. INSURANCE: NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates.
