All Subcontractors and vendors must make reasonable efforts to ensure that any such distribution is CCR Registered; and provide EMR-Safety Rating Description: C-43761SANDY MITIGATION: CONSOLIDATED REVENUE FACILITYThis project will provide an affective flood mitigation scheme to protect the Consolidated Revenue Facility located in Queens. The project consists of a perimeter flood wall to protect against storm surges, as well as improvements of the drainage system to mitigate the effects of heavy rain fall. Deployable flood walls will also be used at the facility entrances to maintain access and will be deployed when a storm is forecasted to arrive. Work will include, but is not limited to: - The construction of a perimeter wall on king piles and mini piles - The installation of pumps and a new drainage system - The provision of deployable stop logs for all entrances/openings - Electrical and security enhancementsrn - Miscellaneous civil workrnSANDY MITIGATION: TIFFANY CENTRAL WAREHOUSErnThis project will develop an effective flood mitigation scheme to protect the facility, facility structure and equipment from flooding conditions of the surrounding areas. Work will include, but is not limited to:rn - Removal of existing concrete wallsrn - Installation of New 12' high CIP exterior flood walls - Installation of Insulated Metal Panels - Replacement of Roof Railing - Installation of a French drain inside building perimeter - Strengthening of steel columns and replacement of concrete columnsrn - Deployable flood walls at all roll up doors - New flood doors at all exterior doors - New windowsrnDivision 1 - General Requirements; Division 2 - Site Work; Division 3 - Concrete; Division 4 Masonry; Division 5 Metals; Division 7 - Thermal and Moisture Protection; Division 8 - Doors and Windows; Division 9 - Finishes; Division 10 Specialties; Division 12 Hazardous Materials; Division 15 - Mechanical; Division 16 - Electrical; Division 19 Communication Work. Please provide a price proposal to Furnish/Install or Supply your scope or supply of work including but not limited to work and jobsite delivery; all in accordance with and conforming to the project contract documents and additional requirements necessary to complete the work as specified herein. The referenced work scope shall also be performed to comply with the requirements of the project schedule, milestones, including work staging and phasing, work restrictions and constraints, site access conditions and all other aspects of the project.
