Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.

Project Scope as listed on drawings:
- New multi-purpose building
- New site work (accessible path of travel & fire access lane)
- Fire alarm improvements to existing buildings

Notes:
- this is a PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

Pre-qualification: All subcontractors whose work requires the following license(s) are required to be per-qualified through the school district in order to bid on this project: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46. Applications. All Subs must submit for per-qualification no later than Sept 4, 2018. Subcontractors who are not per-qualified cannot be considered for this project.
