PROJECT DETAILS: Insurance Required - Federal Requirements - Buy America Certification - Bidders are required to submit with their proposal: Copy of Contractor's Business Registration and a Copy of Public Works Certification. NJUCP directory of certified DBE firms https://njucp.dbesystem.com• All DBE and NON-DBE companies if selected will be required to fill out and return best and final pricing, mandatory forms within two (2) days of award. FEDERAL GULATIONS REQUIRE THAT NJ TRANSIT OBTAIN INFORMAIT0ON ON AN ONGOING BASIS FROM ALL COMPANIES SEEKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH NJ TRANSIT AS SUBCONTRACTORS. The referenced work scope shall also be performed to comply with the requirements of the project schedule, Milestones, including work staging and phasing, work restrictions and constraints, site access conditions and be coordinated with all other aspects of the project. Gutters and Downspouts; Fire stopping; Steel Doors, Frames and Hardware; Division 9 Lump Sum Finishes; Wall Louvers, Interior Signage ; Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets; Lightning Protection; Fire Suppression Systems; Pluming Systems ;HVAC Systems; Testing; Adjusting and Balancing: Division 16 Lump Sum - Electrical; Electrical Commissioning; General Description : The Work for this Project consists of the construction of a new bustation building on the site of the existing general service substation, which will be demolished; the wayside power substation remains in service to maintain continuous operation the the yard.
