Section 3 / DVBE Subcontractors/Suppliers Notice of Bids Request Villas at South Gate

Four-story, Type V, 60-unit affordable residential apartment building on an approximate 55,600 sq. ft. site with parking at grade for 61 vehicles.

Location: 5610-5614 IMPERIAL HIGHWAY, SOUTH GATE, CA 90280

Walton Construction plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Villas at South Gate project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and DVBE certification.

This project is a California Residential and Davis Bacon prevailing wage job.

All Subcontractors Bids must be received by no later than Thursday, August 16, 2018.
