R & R Horn, Inc. is requesting quotes for the South Willows Commercial EDA Project in Willows, CA. The work in general consists of construciton of a new bridge, storm drain features and site improvements throughout the site. We are seeking DBE and WBE participation in the following trades: SWPPP, Staking, Traffic Control, Construction Area Signs, Demolition, Grinding, Clearing and Grubbing, Electrical, Site Concrete, Structural Concrete, Trucking, Roadway Excavation, Import Borrow, Aggregate Base-Supply and/or Install, Asphalt Concrete Supply and/or Install, Underground Utilities - material supply and/or Install, Utility Boring, Cable Railing and access gates, Signage, Striping, and other construction activities.

We will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
