Project Details
The N. Argyle and N. Marine Dr. Sewer Rehabilitation involves the Rehabilitation of Manholes and Sanitary Sewers along the following street:

N. Argyle and N. Interstate Pl.; NE Argyle and NE 11th; N. Marine Dr. and N. Portland Rd.

Improvements shall consist of those items of work listed in the Proposal and as shown on the accompanying Plans. The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required to make each item complete. Work shall include, but not
be limited to:

1. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures.
2. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures.
3. Rehabilitate existing sewer using Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) construction method.
4. Rehabilitate existing manholes using trenchless methods and replacement as shown on plans.
5. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary flow diversion.
6. Perform all necessary surface restoration, including paved and unpaved areas.

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
