The Structural Rehabilitation of Taggart Outfall involves the repair and rehabilitation of a brick sewer along the following street:
Outfall 30 to SE Tibbetts St & SE 20th Ave and SE 16th Ave & SE Center St.
Improvements shall consist of those items of work listed in the Proposal and as shown on the accompanying Plans. The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required to make each item complete. Work shall include, but not be limited to:

1. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures.
2. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures.
3. Construct manage and remove flow bypass.
4. Install, manage, and remove tree protection
5. Inspect existing tunnel liner plate.
6. Remove existing sediment, logs and debris.
7. Construct removable cofferdam
8. Construct tunnel liner plate, and grout.
9. Construct cementitious lining
10. Construct local repairs
11. Inflow & Infiltration reduction
12. Rehabilitate manholes
13. Perform pre-construction CCTV and laser survey

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
