This project consists of two separate contracts, Facilities Construction and Pipeline System Construction. Downing is seeking qualified and certified DBE subs and suppliers for, but not limited to, the following: Fencing; Jack & Bore; Directional Drilling; Grading; Tank Builder; Seeding; Pipe & Appurtenance Supplier; Soils Testing; and Aggregates. See the Advertisement For Construction Bids for details on the bid items and quantities required. All DBEs will need to submit a copy of their Certification with their quote. Please provide quotes no later than 4:00 PM Montana local time on 7/16/18. Downing offers assistance with obtaining plan, specs, bonding and insurance. Plans & specifications may be examined through Quest CDN or contacting the Coordinator. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 6/27/18 @ 2:00 PM, local time, at the office of AE2S, 300 15th St South, Suite 7, Great Falls, MT. Sub bidders must be registered with the Montana Dept. of Labor and Industry prior to bidding on this project.
