Project Details
The District is seeking qualified construction management firms to provide construction oversight, inspection, and general management of the general contractor elected to build the project.
Construction management services are expected to include, but not be limited to, constructability review, meeting attendance, and development of a construction management plan, construction phase project and document management, environmental mitigation oversight, inspection and field observation oversight, materials testing, startup, commissioning, training, oversight and management of grant fund reporting, and post construction closeout and acceptance.
