Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.
Summary of project as provided on the drawings: Site work includes the building pad for new building, fire lane access, fire hydrant, AC paving with a basketball court, accessible ramps, concrete stairs, concrete paving and landscaping. Construction of new pad mount PG&E transformer with main switchboard. New utilities connection new gymnasium building to existing infrastructure.
NOTES:
1) This is a PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT
2) Alternate requested- Additive Alternate 1- Student Parking Lot per Architectural Sheet A0.10
