The Work includes site preparation and construction of a new, approximately 253,000 square foot, two-story school building and associated sitework. The demolition of existing Princess Anne Middle School has been completed under a separate Contract. Site improvements including subgrade improvements; concrete foundations and slabs; load bearing CMU walls, steel frame, metal stud walls with brick, metal panel and solid phenolic panel veneer; steel joists, deck and hybrid modified bituminous / single ply membrane cap sheet roofing; associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical and data system; furniture, Fixtures and Equipment and IT implementation, except as called for in Bid Documents, will be provided under separate Contracts. LEED Certification: US Green Building Council's LEED NC 2009 Version 3 for Schools. Achieve a minimum LEED Silver Certification.
