This project is funded by a State Water Resources Control Board Revolving Fund Loan Agreement. These requirements include but are not limited to the state prevailing wage, federal Davis-Bacon requirements, federal disadvantaged business enterprise, American iron and steel requirements, and record retention and review.
Ferreira Coastal Construction upon request will assist interested subcontractors obtain bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, and materials required for this project. FCC will establish delivery schedules that will enable certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers to bid this project. Plans and specifications may be viewed at our Chino office at no charge.
