Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to provide commercial real estate broker services to represent the District in negotiations with an identified potential tenant, and, in the event a lease is not consummated with that potential tenant, to expand its efforts by listing and marketing approximately 6,395 rentable square feet of existing office space available for lease on the second floor of the Covell Building, located at 777 12th Street, Sacramento, CA, 95814. Please see Attachment #1, "Scope of Services" in the RFP for additional information.

Participation in the Site Walkthrough/Bidder's Conference is voluntary and will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. PDT in the District Office. Please contact Pat Smith at psmith@airquality.org no later than 4:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, May 17, 2018 if you plan to attend.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 10:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, May, 29, 2018.
