Work consists of repairs to storm damaged Peachland Road near Booneville, CA. Roadway excavation, placement of aggreg. base, solider pile tie-back wall, drainage structures.


NPC is requesting quotes from the following trades including but not limited to:
Trucking, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, Water Pollution Control, Clear & Grub, Temp. K-Rail, Soldier & Anchor Piling, Tie-Rod Assemblies, Timber Lagging, Metal Beam Guardrail, Delineators, Erosion Control.


We require a copy of your CURRENT CERTIFICATION with your quote. We encourage the use of DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises). Your registration must be current with the DIR.

NPC IS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS BREAKING OUT PORTIONS OF WORK TO ENCOURAGE DBE PARTICIPATION

Dan Palmer (cell 707.732.1715 or dan.palmer@northern-pacific.com) is the estimator bidding this project. He is available to answer any questions regarding scope of work, interpretation of plans, specs, bid process. NPC may also offer assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials, supplies, etc. NPC may also require payment and performance bonds. NPC will pay bond premiums up to 1-1/2% of contract cost. NPC is a NON-UNION contractor. All subcontractors performing labor on this project must pay PREVAILING WAGES and must submit CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS to NPC and upload them to DIR. Plans and specs can be purchased for $40.00 through the Mendocino Co. website, https://www.mendocinocounty.org/government/executive-office/open-rfp-quotes-bids or can be viewed at local plan rooms or our office at 550 Gateway Drive, Suite 104, Napa, California.

INSURANCE: NPC requires to be named as additionally insured on all insurance certificates. Primary and non-contributing is required on certificates.
