RTA Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE subcontractors and vendors to provide services and materials for the following project: Boat Launching Facility in Colusa, Ca. The project will occur in the City of Colusa, Ca. General work for this project includes handling of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals, traffic control, complying with permitting, performing all work necessary to construct a boat ramp into the Sacramento River in accordance with the plans, the Specifications and the Standard Plans. RTA Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all certified DBE subcontractors and vendors for all items of work, including but not limited to the following bid items: 1) Mobilization & Demobilization, 2) Clearing and grubbing, 3) Demolition, 4) Excavation, 5) Fill, 6) Asphalt Concrete Pavement, 7) Concrete Curb, 8) Concrete Sidewalk, 9) Geotextile Fabric, 10) Precast Concrete Boat Launch Ramp, 11) Cast-In-Place Concrete Launch Ramp, 12) Rock Slope Protection, 13) Furnish Steel Guide Pile 80', 14) Furnish Steel Guide Pile 55', 15) Install Guide Pile 80', 16) Install Guide Pile 55', 17) Boarding Float System, 18) Pavement Striping and Markings, 19) Signage, 20) Project Sign, 21) Site Utilities.
The bid opening is on May 15, 2018 at 11:00am. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on May 1st at the boat ramp location Levee and Tenth Street Colusa Ca 95932. Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project.

RTA Construction, Inc. will work with qualified DBE subcontractors and vendors to develop custom scopes of work and supply. DBE subcontractors and vendors must provide current certification. All subcontractors must have a current contractor's license, current DIR number, insurance coverage, and worker's compensation for the entire duration of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to enter a subcontractor agreement with RTA Construction, Inc.. Project plans and specifications can be viewed at local builder's exchanges or our office location.
