Work to be performed under this Contract consists of but is not limited to Surveying, Signs, Asbestos, Lead Abatement, MPT, Demo & Disposal, Concrete Work, Structural Steel, Metalwork, Carpentry, Insulation, Sealants, Painting, Fire Standpipes, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Traffic Signals, Testing, Erosion Control, Geotextiles, Tree Removal, Milling and Paving, Mulch, Pavement Markings, Seeding, Water Supply, Storm Drainage, Guide Rail, Piles, Borings and Retaining Walls.
