The scope of the project is to provide new fire alarm devices and voice evacuation devices to all existing buildings at the Robert Semple and Mary Farmer Elementary Schools, including new wiring and conduit, as required. Fire alarm devices shall be connected to a new Gamewell E3 Fire Alarm Control Panel. The existing fire alarm system shall be completely removed.
We are seeking Subcontractors for the following: Fire Alarm & Sawcutting (We will patch)
100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess current insurance and worker's compensation coverage.
