Tullis, Inc. is accepting bid from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) the following work; Airfield Safety and Traffic Control, Sawcut Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Implement Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Bituminous Surface Course (P-403) Material, Bituminous Surface Course (Caltrans) Material, Structural Concrete (Reinforced), Pavement Markings, Taxiway Retroreflective Marker, Quality Control Testing, Trucking, Water Trucks, Operated Pulverize/Grinder Rental, Not Limited to The Above Listed Items.

Tullis, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. At Tullis, Inc.'s discretion, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
