The Pointe on Vermont
Location: 7600 South Vermont St., Los Angeles, CA

The Pointe on Vermont project consists of a new 3-story, multi-family residential affordable housing over a 1-story parking garage with 50 units, commercial community, and office spaces.

Walton Construction Services plans to receive bids from Section 3, Local Hire, Los Angeles County and MBE/WBE firms for participation in The Pointe on Vermont project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and MBE/WBE certification. This is a California State Prevailing Wage and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage project. The project is expected to commence September 1, 2018.

As part of the funding requirements for this project, it is subject to Measure HHH, MBE/WBE/OBE, Local Hire, and Section 3 requirements.

All subcontractor bids must be received by no later than Monday, April 16, 2018 at 4:00pm.
