Project Details
Seeking subcontractors and vendors (especially DBE) for all scope specified in the bid documents.
The project includes construction of 158,000 sf of new concourse space, renovation of 135,000 sf space, and 53,000 sf of utility reconfiguration. Also included is 168,000 sf of airfield pavement.
This project includes a preference for DBEs certified by MSCAA or Tennessee Department of Transportation Unified Certification Program (TN UCP). Firms who qualify as a DBE, but are not specifically certified by MSCAA or TN UCP, are highly encouraged to apply for MSCAA and TN UCP DBE certification as soon as possible. MSCAA or TN UCP DBE certification must be in place No Later Than the bid date to qualify as a DBE for this project. DBEs at any tier can be counted.
Plans and specifications are available as a free download, interested subcontractors will be provided an Invitation to Bid (ITB) with project link to bid documents.
